This is my picture from day one! New Years day we attempted to make a cheese fondue for the first time. At the point this picture was taken, the cheese was a bit "stringy" we shall say. After many additions of ingredients, we finally got it the way we liked it.

One thing I realized, don't follow the measurement instructions and just season to taste. I started dumping ingredients and it was much more tasty!
